How do I add a student? Open the Students tab and tap the “+” button, then enter the student's name, rate, currency and course.
How do I record a payment? Open a student, add a session with its date and hours, and mark it as paid or unpaid.
How do I create an invoice? Open a student's profile and tap “Generate invoice” to create a PDF you can share.
How do I back up my data? Go to Settings → Download All Data to export an Excel file. Your data is also stored securely in your account.
How do I plan my week? Open the Schedule tab. Tap any empty spot in the grid to add a lesson, and choose whether it repeats every week. Switch between Week and Month at the top.
What do the colours mean? Green is a lesson you have logged and marked paid, red is logged but unpaid, amber is a past lesson you have not logged yet, and an outline is a lesson still to come.
How do I block out my day job? Settings → Regular work schedule → Add block. Pick the days and hours; they appear locked in your timetable and you are warned if a lesson would clash with them.
I changed a lesson — did it change every week? No. When you edit or remove a single lesson the app asks whether you mean just that date or the weekly plan. Changing the weekly plan only affects dates from today onwards; past weeks stay exactly as they were.
How do I print or share my timetable? On the Schedule tab tap the PDF icon to export the week or the month.
What is the 8pm reminder? An optional daily notification reminding you to log the day's lessons. Turn it on or off, or change the time, in Schedule → settings (the sliders icon).
My verification email has not arrived. Check your spam or junk folder first, then use Resend verification email on the verification screen. Note the resend button waits 60 seconds between attempts.
Which account am I signed in with? Settings → Profile shows the email address you are signed in as, along with your totals.
How do I delete my account? In the app, open Settings, tap Profile, scroll to Danger zone and tap Delete account. You confirm with your password, and the account and all of its data are removed immediately. Full details are on our account deletion page.
