This page explains how to delete your Tutoring Tracker account and the data associated with it.
You can remove data at any time inside the app without deleting your whole account — for example, open a student's profile and tap Delete Profile to permanently remove that student and their sessions.
You can do this yourself, inside the app, in under a minute — no email and no waiting on us:
Your account and every record on it are removed immediately. There is no waiting period and no deactivated state — the account is gone, and neither you nor we can recover it afterwards.
If you signed up but have not confirmed your email address yet, the same option is on the verification screen as Delete this account.
Deleting the account needs your password, so if you have forgotten it, use Forgot password? on the sign-in screen first. If you can no longer reach the email address on the account and are locked out entirely, write to support@mhfhijab.com and we will delete it for you.
All data linked to your account is permanently deleted, including your profile and sign-in credentials, and every record you created — students, sessions, hours, courses, prices and payment status, together with your weekly schedule, one-off lessons, blocked-out working hours and app preferences.
Deletion is completed within 30 days of a verified request. We do not keep backups of your data beyond this period, except where retention is required by law.
